With a career spanning more than four decades, Mr. Leeds began working in real estate in 1982, representing developers and major landowners across Florida. His professional background encompasses virtually every phase of the commercial real estate lifecycle, including office, industrial, and retail development.
Mr. Leeds has extensive experience in property acquisition, site planning, construction management, targeted site selection, zoning and regulatory strategy, and financial oversight of multi-million-dollar real estate projects. His work includes commercial leasing and subleasing, build-to-suit coordination, property management, dispositions, and investment analysis. He has also served as a real estate consultant and expert witness, advising clients on valuation, market conditions, and regulatory matters.
