Mr. Leeds, the founder of Green Capital Realty Advisors, LLC. is Licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida. He is involved in many aspects of the real estate industry. He specializes in office, industrial and retail developments. He started his career in 1982, working for developers and major land owners. He has experience acquiring properties, site planning, managing construction, targeted site selection, innovative marketing strategies, commercial leasing, subleasing, dispositions, property management, negotiating sales, contesting and changing zoning regulatory requirements, expert witness, real estate consulting, and managing the financial aspects of multi-million dollar real estate projects. His intimate knowledge of the market, and the relationships he has created with property owners, major tenants and governmental agencies, helps clients maximize the value of each property. Speed, efficiency, and accuracy are all emphasized to achieve reliable results.
Mr. Leeds has completed developments, commercial leasing assignments, coordinated build to suits, and performed sales and marketing research for numerous companies over the years.
